St Mirren FC faced a challenging start to the summer of 2021. The club’s previous ticketing provider, problematically, had failed to maintain historic Season Ticket data putting long-standing ticket holders at risk of losing their seats. Luckily Future Ticketing stepped into the breach and provided much needed assistance to gather the data again. The 22/23 Season Ticket renewals were a resounding success online, quickly followed by a general sale throughout the summer months. Our creative action resulted in the club achieving the highest number of Season Ticket sales in years. The relaunch even included an overhaul of pricing and a complex linking of new products but the transaction was still seamless.
The club now sells all Home League and Cup games online, as well as a selection of Away league games, an offering unheard of in the past. There’s now a lot of choice for fans, during the season St Mirren will have up to four Home League games on sale at any time.
St Mirren F.C. also uses the Future Ticketing software for initiatives such as “Help-a-Buddy” scheme, where fans can donate the price of a ticket to someone in need.
During the 21/22 season, St Mirren moved from a handheld scanning stadium entry to a fully integrated automatic entry system, with all twenty turnstiles operational.

Further, Future Ticketing has made suggestions that allow us to trial new operations within the ticket office and these have all been well received by the fans.”
