On Saturday, our latest football club Rochdale AFC went live with their season ticket sales. I had the pleasure of working with a very innovative team of Frances Fielding, Jan Marsh and Tony Pockney who are focused on providing the best experience for customers both on & off the field.
Since Rochdale AFC have joined Future Ticketing, we have implemented a new website & ticketing journey with our partners mtc. This new ticketing journey allows customers to renew their season tickets in a new covid friendly stadium or set up a finance option thanks to V12 Retail Finance Limited. Thanks to our integration with seats.io, Rochdale’s Health & Safety team maximised their capacity using groups of one, two & three around the Crown Oil Arena. We are also looking forward to the modernised access control which will be implemented by Advance Access. All of the above integrations possible with our OPEN rest API.
