Partnerships
Pontefract Racecourse
Pontefract Racecourse is thrilled to announce that all race meetings at the West Yorkshire track in 2024 will be Autism Friendly racedays, making it the first Racecourse in the country to host Autism in Racing Racedays on every day. The Racecourse will be working in conjunction with their ticketing provider, Future Ticketing, who will provide valuable funding to enable the initiative to take place every day. Hosting it’s first Autism in Racing racedays in 2023, Pontefract has made huge steps in improving all aspects of accessibility at the Racecourse and recently carried out a major scheme to upgrade the accessible facilities throughout the site. Their ‘Racing for Everyone’ race meeting in June 2023 won the coveted ‘Raceday Award’ at the Racecourse Association Showcase Event in November.
Dillon Quirke Foundation
Future Ticketing proudly supports the Dillon Quirke Foundation, a registered charity dedicated to raising awareness about Sudden Adult Death Syndrome (SADS) and funding widespread cardiac screening for young athletes aged 12-18. SADS tragically claims the lives of approximately 100 young people in Ireland every year. Early cardiac screening can help detect heart conditions before symptoms arise, potentially saving lives. The foundation’s mission is to ensure every young athlete in Ireland undergoes mandatory heart screening. Each year, Future Ticketing provides our ticketing platform free of charge, enabling the foundation to efficiently manage online ticket sales, donations, and event scanning to support this vital cause.
Special Day of Flying
Future Ticketing is honoured to contribute to the Special Day of Flying, an extraordinary event where over 150 children and young adults with disabilities, along with their families, experience the joy of flight. With skilled pilots and four-seater aircraft, participants enjoy breathtaking views of Wicklow and beyond, creating unforgettable memories. Our ticketing solution ensures seamless event management, addressing past challenges such as overcrowding and misallocated flight slots. By implementing timed entry and barcode scanning, we help streamline check-in processes, ensuring each VIP guest is guided smoothly to their scheduled flight. We provide this service free of charge, supporting the event’s mission to create magical moments for families.
Tommy Godley Memorial Night
In memory of Tommy Godley, Willwego.com was privileged to support this heartfelt event, which raises funds for Dochas Offaly and The Offaly Hospice—two charities that provided invaluable support to Tommy and his family during his illness. By providing our ticketing solution free of charge, we enable the event organisers to manage online ticket sales, donations, and event scanning efficiently, ensuring all proceeds go directly to these deserving organisations.
