The Garden Shows, a family run business, are a number of outdoor events that take place every summer in the beautiful surroundings of Broadlands, Stansted Park and Firle Place in the UK.

The shows offer a fun summer day out for the whole family with a variety of different exhibitors, food stalls, entertainment and sightseeing in stunning locations.

Future Ticketing came on board as the ticketing partner to The Garden Shows to:

Advance online sales were important to The Garden Shows as their events are very popular and selling out in advance allows them to communicate the correct messaging to their audience. Additionally, it helps them understand staffing levels and adequate planning for each day.

The ticketing platform was embedded into The Garden Shows website and at no time are the customers directed to any third-party site. This provides a simple four-step customer purchase journey increasing customer engagement and brand experience. Future Ticketing also provided access management, allowing tickets to be scanned upon entry. Tickets for these events are non-transferable across days and the Future Ticketing platform provides this functionality, limiting access and refusing to scan tickets for the wrong days.
