One App, Home and Away Tickets: The Dashboard Connect enables clients to host both home and away tickets for their events and Connected events in their Digital Ticketing App, increasing fan engagement as a single touch point to customers.
Enhanced Fan Safety: By fully complying with GDPR regulations, Dashboard Connect ensures that personal data is handled securely. Clubs gain complete visibility over ticket holders, which allows them to identify and control access to away games, ensuring a safe environment for fans.
Rewards Loyal Fans: Clubs can now reward their most dedicated supporters with exclusive access to away tickets. Dashboard Connect enables clubs to prioritise season ticket holders and long-standing members, offering them early or exclusive digital ticket access, and reinforcing fan loyalty while maintaining fairness and security.
