Dundee Stars is a professional ice hockey team based in Scotland who has played in the UK’s Elite Ice Hockey League since 2010. The club’s home is the Dundee Ice Arena, a 2,400 all-seater arena and multifaceted ice rink facility which also hosts figure skating contests.

Challenge

When Dundee Stars partnered with Future Ticketing sought a modern digital ticketing system that could enable its fans purchase their tickets smoothly in advance and to include a range of functionality including processing e-ticket vouchers.

Solution

Future Ticketing’s high level of functionality has helped to transform the ticketing relationship Dundee Stars has with its fans. For example, the club enables customers to purchase season tickets using instalment plans through a third-party integration with partner GoCardless and integrates customer data for communications through Mailchimp.
